Kate has 20+ years clinical and leadership experience in the NHS, with advanced postgraduate training in the treatment of the perimenopause, menopause, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and mental health. BMS Advanced Certificate in the principles & practice of menopause care.

Katie Burlington has a special interest in the menopause and perimenopause. Katie is passionate about improving access to evidence-based treatments and practising lifestyle medicine to improve our health.

Lindsey Wright
Pilates and Fitness trainer
Lindsey has a passion for teaching Pilates and resistance training. As a women in the perimenopause herself, she knows how beneficial and empowering movement can be during our menopause journey, regardless of experience or injury. Movement really does heal the mind and body! Lindsey helps women in a group or on a 1:1 basis to achieve their goals and schedule movement into their busy lives.
Megan Vickers
Physiotherapist and Author of Stronger
Megan understands what it takes to restore movement and strength and delivers progressive rehabilitation programs that are inspiring. Megan is a specialist in all things spinal and pelvic; from acute disc injuries and post-operative spinal surgery, through to incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and restoring pelvic muscle strength. Megan enjoys the gains women make under her care.
Dr Juliette Puig
Chartered Counselling Psychologist
Juliette’s extensive clinical experience includes working with individuals with a wide range of difficulties, such as; depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, substance misuse and eating disorders. Juliette is an empathic psychologist who works flexibly and compassionately. Her first aim when starting therapy with an individual is to develop a trusting relationship.
Fiona Crosby
Yoga Instructor
Fiona teaches a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa and Somatic yoga to build flexibility, strength and calm. She loves that yoga helps give you back control over your body and over the past ten years has designed a series of therapeutic sequences for perimenopause and menopause to lesson symptoms such as general stiffness, weariness, hot flushes, night sweats and general low mood.

Donna Morgan
BAPC Counsellor
Donna specialises in counselling women experiencing symptoms of the menopause. Donna works individually with women, face to face or on-line to empower you with tools and support to manage your menopause and feel positive about the future. Accredited Humanistic Counsellor and Self Help Expert with over twenty five years of experience and is passionate about supporting women through the menopause. If you want to feel less anxious, more confident and feel empowered to navigate the menopause.
Sarah Doherty
Counsellor
Sarah specialises in psychosexual therapy where menopausal symptoms may have an impacted on an individual’s sexual desire, comfort, fear of sexual intercourse. Sarah offers coaching to enable women to resume fulfilling sexual relationships. Sarah helps women see themselves and what they are going through with curiosity and compassion. Sarah’s counselling offers a space for refuge, non-judgement, discovery and hope.

Holistic Nutritionist & Wellbeing Coach
Specialising in gut health, hormones and immunity, Sil has been working for more than 10 years with individuals, families and groups. She has developed a programme to support women over 40, helping them to increase energy levels, improve mood, feel less bloated, sleep better, shed a few extra sticky pounds, and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
Kathryn Pinkham
Sleep Expert
Kathryn uses cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-i), the NHS recommended treatment for poor sleep, to help people to change and improve sleep patterns and manage sleep anxiety. Kathryn is the founder of the insomnia clinic which for the past 15 years has focused on helping people to sleep well so that they can live their life to the fullest. With an additional specialism in working with people going through menopause, who have found their sleep has taken a dive due to menopause and hormonal changes

Perimenopause and Wellbeing Coach
Polly absolutely loves supporting women through their menopause journey as she truly believes no woman should struggle through. Polly helps mitigate symptoms with diet and lifestyle upgrades alongside powerful mindset work. Using a variety of techniques such as coaching and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Polly helps clients release limiting beliefs which might be holding them back from achieving their goals.
Caroline Copp
Core Pilates Instructor & Health Coach
Caroline has worked with women in midlife for 20+ years and has developed the Core Revival method for reengaging core muscles and pelvic floor with Pilates. Caroline aims to simplify the process of core engagement during menopause to help with incontinence, back pain, balance and energy.
Alongside this Caroline uses Health Coaching to provide direction, accountability and consistency, mentoring women to thrive through menopause and beyond.
Jane Rayment
Soft tissue and fascia alignment therapist
Jane massage therapy helps relieve muscle tension, joint discomfort and improve posture. Sessions help encourage muscles and joints to move more healthily. Menopause can cause physical and emotional stress, which can impact joints and movement.
